WHEREAS, The United States Practical Shooting Association provides people of all ages and skill levels with the opportunity to participate in a supervised shooting sports program that emphasizes safety and skill development in practical pistol shooting; and

WHEREAS, The United States Practical Shooting Association exposes people to the practical pistol shooting sports which are steeped in tradition and history dating back to the early 1950’s and offers them the excitement of competing in the six challenging divisions both nationally and internationally; and

WHEREAS, The United States Practical Shooting Association builds character and develops our solid citizens by teaching dedication, responsibility, leadership, camaraderie, self-confidence and self-discipline; and

WHEREAS, The fine men and women from (CITY) will proudly represent our great city in the (STATE) United States Practical Shooting Association Championships;
