Terms For Competitors
- You or your designee must pick up the ammo at the match. Unclaimed ammo is a gift to the match, since USPSA does not impose a "shipping burden" upon matches using this service. If you can't make the match, we suggest you find someone to pick up your ammo order.
- Be sure to save the confirmation number the system will provide. The confirmation number is your "receipt" for the order, and verifies the order was submitted to our processing system.
- Orders many not be cancelled once they are submitted to Precision Delta. If you have placed your order for a match and decide you want another box or two, please place a second order instead of cancelling and re-ordering.
- Ammo orders are billed to your credit card at the time you place the order
- Competitor agrees USPSA does not bear financial liability for delayed or missed deliveries. USPSA and Precision Delta recognize that on-time delivery is critical to the success of the program, and we will be working to make sure this happens.
- Please do not contact Precision Delta with questions about your order, as they do not have access to information about individual orders. Precision Delta will post information about the match order status, including the shipper's package tracking number, to this site.
- If you have any questions, email ammo@uspsa.org for a prompt reply.
- Competitors may be required to provide eight rounds of their Precision Delta ammo to the match at registration.
Eligible Matches
Matches must meet at least one of the following eligibility requirements for participation:
- USPSA National Championship
or
- USPSA Area Championship
or
- Established match with at least 200 competitors in either of the previous two years (100 for Multi-Gun or Three Gun matches).
Precision Delta has agreed that they will fulfill orders for eligible matches with no minimum order quantity. These eligibility criteria have been put in place to minimize the possibility of very small quantity shipments of ammo to matches.
Terms For Match Directors
- Provide an address which can receive shipment of ammunition during business hours.
- Comply with all laws regarding transfer of ammunition.
- Download a match purchase manifest from the USPSA Ammo Program web page prior to the match, and use this to control distribution of the ammo. USPSA recommend that you carefully control distribution of ammo, as each match shipment will contain the exact quantity needed to fill everyone's order.
- You are not required to ship unclaimed ammo to competitors.
- In the unlikely event an ordering error or uncontrollable shipping delay results in the need to return the ammo order to Precision Delta, the match agrees to do this on a "freight collect" basis if requested by USPSA.
